TV personalities Jeremy Clarkson and Kaleb Cooper recently shared details about a disturbing finding at Diddly Squat Farm where they stumbled upon half of an ear. The revelation occurred during a ‘Who Said That’ segment on Amazon Prime’s YouTube channel, involving Jeremy, Kaleb, and Jeremy’s partner Lisa Hogan attempting to identify the speaker of the phrase: “The only thing they won’t eat is teeth.”
The trio recounted a distressing incident where a piglet was consumed by its mother, as reported by Wales Online. It was later revealed that Lisa had made the statement in question, with Jeremy clarifying that it pertained to the first piglet they had on the farm.
Lisa added, “Half an ear she left as well,” to which Jeremy explained the significance of finding the ear, stating that it helped them understand what had occurred. This incident adds to the challenges Jeremy has faced as a full-time farmer since 2019.
In a recent development, Jeremy disclosed the heartbreaking decision to euthanize the first calf born at Diddly Squat due to a tuberculosis outbreak. Sharing the news on Instagram alongside a photo of a cow, Jeremy expressed his sadness over the loss.
Despite setbacks, including the TB outbreak, Jeremy’s efforts to make his 1,000-acre farm profitable, showcased in Amazon Prime’s Clarkson Farm series, have garnered praise for shedding light on farming issues in the UK and globally. Notably, a Chinese delegation visited Jeremy’s farm to learn about his farming methods, indicating international interest in his endeavors.
Jeremy’s journey in agriculture will be further highlighted as he hosts Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? on ITV this evening.
