A startling email involving convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein has surfaced, shedding further light on the controversial connection between him and Andrew Mountbatten Windsor. The email exchange, revealed between Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein’s partner and fellow sex offender, and Epstein, suggests Maxwell confirming a “massage with Andrew” at her residence. This revelation coincided with the release of a substantial amount of evidence, including 20,000 pages of emails, regarding Epstein’s associations and criminal activities.
The correspondence indicated Maxwell collaborating with Epstein shortly after Andrew’s name was mentioned in US court documents. In the email dated January 2015, Maxwell expressed the need to distance herself from Epstein publicly and deny any knowledge of the massage with Andrew at her house. Epstein responded that he was seeking legal advice on the matter. Andrew has vehemently refuted all accusations against him.
Virginia Giuffre alleged that Andrew engaged in sexual activities with her three times at Maxwell’s Belgravia residence when she was 17. The infamous photograph showing Andrew with his arm around Virginia, with Maxwell in the background, is believed to have been taken at that location in March 2001.
Analysts reviewing the newly disclosed emails emphasized the importance of Maxwell’s statements, noting that she does not explicitly deny the occurrence of the massage but claims ignorance of it. This development is expected to intensify scrutiny on Andrew and prompt him to address further inquiries. Virginia, who tragically passed away earlier this year, previously asserted that “massage” was a euphemism for sex.
Following a formal request, Andrew was invited to provide testimony to a US congressional committee investigating Epstein’s criminal network. Robert Garcia, a key Democrat on the House Oversight Committee, penned a letter to Andrew, urging his participation in a recorded interview as part of the ongoing investigation. The committee aims to gain a comprehensive understanding of Epstein’s illicit activities.
The letter set a deadline of November 20 for Andrew’s response. However, Andrew is not obligated to comply with the request since Garcia lacks the authority to issue subpoenas, and Congress cannot compel testimony from foreign nationals.
Among the plethora of newly disclosed materials, additional emails referenced Andrew’s involvement. In one instance, Epstein acknowledged to a journalist that the controversial photograph of Andrew and Virginia Giuffre was authentic. Despite these claims, Andrew continues to deny any wrongdoing.
