KSI launched a strong social media offensive after Andrew Tate’s loss to Chase DeMoor in the main event of Misfits Mania on Saturday. The ongoing feud between the two escalated when Tate replaced KSI as the chief executive of Misfits Boxing in a surprising move announced in October.
The popular YouTube personality was furious about the change, especially since he was a co-founder of the organization alongside manager Mams Taylor. Before the fight began, KSI couldn’t help but rejoice in Anthony Joshua’s victory over Jake Paul on Twitter, with the British heavyweight securing a win after six rounds.
KSI has a longstanding grudge against Paul, stemming from past boxing encounters involving their siblings. Expressing his wishes for the weekend, KSI hoped for an Arsenal win and for Andrew Tate to suffer a defeat, which later came true with Arsenal’s 1-0 victory over Everton.
After Tate’s defeat, KSI tweeted, “This is the best weekend I’ve had this year omg,” reveling in Tate’s downfall. To add insult to injury, KSI shared a photo of both Paul and Tate in vulnerable moments after their fights, captioned with “Christmas came early” and a crying emoji.
Despite Tate’s extensive background in combat sports such as MMA, kickboxing, K1, and Muay Thai, he had not competed professionally for five years and had never been in a boxing match before. While Tate started strong, his stamina seemed to wane as the fight progressed.
DeMoor capitalized on this weakness, landing a crucial right hand that turned the tide of the match in his favor. Tate graciously acknowledged his defeat post-fight, admitting that Chase deserved the win and expressing happiness for his opponent.
Following his loss, Tate shared motivational posts on social media, including one stating, “Most men have never felt the sting of defeat because most men have never even tried.”
