Securing the top position is the software engineering company SAP, with senior-level account executives earning between £57,000 to £89,000. Following closely in second place is Mastercard, recognized for its inclusive workforce, exceptional benefits, and a culture that promotes flexible remote work. Managerial roles at Mastercard come with salaries ranging from £65,000 to £80,000.

Google has claimed the third spot on the list, offering software engineers salaries between £70,000 to £100,000. Employees at Google commend the company for its competitive pay, cutting-edge technology, flexible work arrangements, and opportunities for career advancement.

Owen Humphries, the President of Glassdoor, commended these exceptional employers for their unwavering commitment to employee satisfaction and trust, especially during the challenges of 2025.
