VOXI, Tesco Mobile, Lebara, and giffgaff excelled in various categories, clinching awards such as Mobile Network of the Year, Best Mobile Network for Customer Service, and Best Mobile Network for Roaming. Additionally, EE secured the top spot for Best Broadband Provider, despite its renowned mobile services reputation.
In the broadband category, other notable winners included YouFibre, Plusnet, Vodafone, and Virgin Media.
