A royal author claimed that William and Kate felt uneasy about Meghan when rumors circulated that she had raised her voice at a junior staff member within the Palace.

Royal expert Tina Brown suggested that the Waleses felt relieved when the Sussexes relocated to California and distanced themselves from royal responsibilities, as Meghan’s behavior towards Palace staff had left them taken aback.
