Lady Victoria Hervey, a former girlfriend of Prince Andrew, has stirred controversy in light of Virginia Giuffre’s recent book release. Giuffre, who tragically passed away earlier this year, had accused Prince Andrew and the late convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein of sexual misconduct.
Six months after Giuffre’s death, her memoir, “Nobody’s Girl: A Memoir of Surviving Abuse and Fighting for Justice,” has been published. The book details her alleged encounters with Prince Andrew, who relinquished his titles following public scrutiny over his association with Epstein and alleged ties to a Chinese spy.
Prince Andrew has consistently denied all accusations against him. In response to Giuffre’s book release, Lady Victoria criticized the allegations as a ‘witch hunt’ and cautioned about ‘dark forces’ at play. She expressed skepticism about the circumstances surrounding Giuffre’s death, suggesting it was orchestrated to shift the narrative.
This is not the first time Lady Victoria has voiced skepticism towards Giuffre, whom she has labeled a ‘fantasist’ and a ‘liar’. Despite backlash, Lady Victoria defended her stance on social media. She later announced a pause in discussing Giuffre out of respect for the tragic nature of her passing.
Giuffre’s family described her as a warrior against sexual abuse in a statement following her death. In a lawsuit against Prince Andrew, Giuffre alleged multiple instances of forced sexual encounters. While an out-of-court settlement was reached in 2022, Prince Andrew has maintained his innocence, expressing regret over his association with Epstein without admitting liability.
Giuffre’s history as an outspoken accuser of Epstein and Maxwell has drawn attention to her troubling posts hinting at potential harm. Amidst these revelations, questions about the circumstances surrounding Giuffre’s death and her previous statements have resurfaced, sparking further discussions on the case.
