A couple was enjoying a thrilling ride when they heard alarming screams. Realizing a girl’s seatbelt had come undone, they quickly intervened to prevent a potential tragedy. A photo capturing the intense moment has circulated widely on social media.

Chris and Cassie Evins, parents of four, were at Worlds of Fun amusement park in Kansas City, Missouri. While on the Mamba roller coaster, they noticed a girl behind them in distress.

Reacting swiftly, Chris and Cassie secured the girl as the ride continued. The park confirmed a secondary restraint was in place and conducted thorough safety checks post-incident, implementing necessary modifications for enhanced safety.

Following inspections, it was clarified that the ride features a multi-layered restraint system with lap bars as the primary safety measure. Additional adjustments were made to ensure compliance with safety standards before the ride resumed operation.
