Love Island champion Sammy Root has made a public appearance in a video alongside his new partner, Ella Burke, following his unexpected breakup with Elma Pazar. The 24-year-old, known for his stint on the ITV2 reality show with Jess Harding, had found love with Elma during their time on the All Stars edition of the series.
Upon their return from the Love Island villa, Sammy and Elma were warmly received by their TOWIE co-stars, with fans witnessing the evolution of their relationship on screen. However, a few months into their romance, they decided to part ways, and the emotional breakup was captured on camera for TOWIE viewers during the summer.
In a poignant moment, Sammy expressed his feelings to Elma, emphasizing that he would have done anything for their relationship during their heartfelt conversation.
Although the split was emotional, Sammy seems to have moved forward with Ella Burke, 23, as evidenced by their joint appearance in a recent TikTok video. The video featured Ella sharing her fondness for a particular chocolate lava cake she had discovered at a 7/11 store while traveling in Thailand.
After bringing back some packaged cakes to enjoy together, Ella and Sammy conducted a taste test video, heating the cakes in the microwave. As they stood in the kitchen, they unwrapped the cakes simultaneously, with Sammy remarking on the heat of the cake and humorously mentioning having “third-degree burns in [his] mouth.”
In a light-hearted moment, Ella wiped some chocolate off Sammy’s mouth, leading to playful banter between the couple. Fans were quick to comment on their new relationship, expressing excitement and support for the duo.
Earlier in the summer, Sammy spoke about his relationship with Elma in an interview with The Mirror, highlighting their desire to maintain privacy amidst public scrutiny. He emphasized his ability to block out external opinions and support Elma in handling any negativity that may arise.
