Katie Price’s former spouse, Kieran Hayler, is facing legal charges involving three counts of rape and one count of sexual assault against a 13-year-old girl. The alleged incidents are reported to have occurred between June and October 2016, during his marriage to Price. The victim is not connected to Hayler or Price’s families.

Sussex Police released a statement confirming the charges against Kieran Hayler, 38, of Northchapel in West Sussex. The offenses are said to have taken place in West Sussex between June 1 and October 13, 2016. Hayler is currently under investigation and is scheduled to appear before Crawley magistrates’ court on November 19. The identity of the victim remains protected, and she is receiving support from trained professionals as the investigation progresses.

Although Hayler has not personally addressed the allegations, his legal representative has refuted them on his behalf. The representative stated, “Kieran Hayler vehemently denies all accusations made against him. He has been actively cooperating with the authorities throughout the inquiry and is confident in the legal system to clear his name.”

Hayler was last seen publicly at the Tulleys Farm Shocktober event earlier this month.
