Claudia Winkleman, the host of Celebrity Traitors, recently shared insights on her posture challenges during a podcast. Winkleman expressed feeling like she’s “falling apart” at times due to posture-related issues and also mentioned struggles with her vision despite undergoing eye surgeries.

In a conversation with Gabby Logan on The MidPoint podcast, Winkleman disclosed her efforts to address her posture issues with professional guidance. She described her habitual stance as resembling that of a turtle and acknowledged the importance of addressing her physical well-being.

Discussing her body’s condition, Winkleman humorously remarked, “My body is made entirely of crepe. I’ve got a bad back and need to strengthen my core.” She revealed that she had neglected certain muscle groups in her body, leading to issues like elevated shoulders.

Winkleman highlighted the significance of the latissimus dorsi muscle, commonly known as ‘lats,’ in improving posture and overall body strength and flexibility. She emphasized her journey with Pilates to enhance her muscle awareness and achieve proper posture alignment.

Furthermore, Winkleman provided an update on her myopia struggles, detailing challenges like difficulty reading and walking into objects. Despite these setbacks, she continues to excel in her career, currently hosting Celebrity Traitors and Strictly Come Dancing.

Notably, Winkleman’s tenure on Strictly Come Dancing alongside Tess Daly will conclude after the current season, including the upcoming Christmas special.
