A tragic incident unfolded as a police detective and mother of three passed away just a week after undergoing a buttock lift and liposuction procedure. Alicia Stone, a 40-year-old officer from the New York Police Department (NYPD), was discovered unresponsive in her hotel room in Colombia. Despite being swiftly taken to Fundación Valle del Lili Hospital, Alicia, with 13 years of service in the NYPD’s Internal Affairs Bureau, was pronounced dead within an hour due to cardiac arrest of unspecified cause.
